Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Kentucky, including the following county, Wolfe. * WHEN...Until 715 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 521 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow-moving showers and thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. Excessive runoff will cause minor flooding small streams and creeks, roads, and roadside culverts. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Campton, Stillwater, Baptist, Calaboose, Trent, Gosneyville, Landsaw, Malaga, High Falls, Hazel Green, Lexie, Pine Ridge, Daysboro, Lower Gilmore, Gilmore, Jenson, Red River Gorge, Koomer Ridge Campground, Rogers and Upper Gilmore.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
