* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of western Kentucky, including the following counties, Daviess and McLean. * WHEN...Until 1115 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 805 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. This is causing small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Calhoun, St. Joseph and Moseleyville.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
