* IMPACTS...Localized flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other
low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

- At 137 PM CDT, Off-and-on showers and thunderstorms have produced
up to 5 inches of rain since yesterday across the warned area.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to around 2 inches is possible in
the warned area through the evening.
