forecast.

* WHEN...From Saturday morning to early Saturday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, The north end of Kiwanis Park floods.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 4.7 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.0
feet Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
