* WHAT...Though variable at times, visibilities will be down to 1/4
mile at times in dense fog before lifting at 10AM.
* WHERE...In Kansas, Mitchell and Osborne Counties. In Nebraska,
Harlan and Phelps Counties.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Instruction:
If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
distance ahead of you.
