Description:
At 1146 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Dunlap, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down twigs or small limbs and blow
around objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects and
vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Americus, Reading, Admire, and Bushong.
This includes Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 130 and 146.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
