Description:
At 1027 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 4 miles north of Clarinda to near Shambaugh, moving
east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Shenandoah AWOS measured a wind gust of 62 MPH.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Clarinda, Villisca, College Springs, Shambaugh, Braddyville,
Yorktown, and Hepburn.
Instruction:
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until midnight CDT for southwestern
Iowa.

building.
