* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.
* WHERE...Lee County in southeastern Iowa...
* WHEN...Until 230 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water
crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 831 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the
warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Several rural roads
have water over them early this morning.

Fort Madison, West Point, Donnellson, Franklin, St. Paul, Pilot
Grove, New Boston, Denmark, Houghton, Pollmiller Park, Wilson
Lake, Lee County Fairgrounds, Sawyer, Charleston, Fort Madison
Municipal Arpt, Mt Hamill, Primrose and Augusta.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
