* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...West Central Fremont County in southwestern Iowa...
South Central Cass County in southeastern Nebraska...
Northeastern Otoe County in southeastern Nebraska...
* WHEN...Until 730 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 417 AM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the
advisory area due to thunderstorms. Street flooding in low-lying
and poor-drainage areas is ongoing in Nebraska City. Between 1
and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the
area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Nebraska City and Camp Catron.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
