Description:
At 615 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 13 miles west of
Martinsville, or 22 miles north of Bloomington, moving southeast at
55 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include...
Martinsville, Spencer, Ellettsville, Cloverdale, Gosport, Paragon,
Stinesville, Bowling Green, Quincy, McCormicks Creek State Park,
Belle Union, Patricksburg, Little Point, Eminence, Centerton, Cagles
Mill Lake, and Devore.
This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 35 and 52.
