Description:
At 457 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 12 miles southeast of Frankfort to Lebanon to 15 miles
east of Crawfordsville, moving southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Crawfordsville, Lebanon, Thorntown, Darlington, Kirklin, Advance, New
Ross, and Ulen.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 65 between mile markers 137 and 152.
Interstate 74 between mile markers 29 and 50.
Instruction:
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
