Description:
At 603 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Goshen to near New Paris to 7 miles north of Warsaw,
moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Goshen, Nappanee, Ligonier, Syracuse, Milford, Topeka, North Webster,
Millersburg, New Paris, Benton, Leesburg, Cromwell, James Lake,
Hastings, Lake Wawasee, Gravelton, Dewart Lake, Oakwood Park,
Waterford Mills, and Tippecanoe Lake.
Instruction:
For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
