flooding is forecast.

For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near
Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Access road to Bluffton wastewater
treatment plant is flooded.

- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 3:45 PM EDT Sunday was 13.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early
Wednesday morning and continue falling to 7.9 feet Friday
morning.
