and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

- At 107 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the
warned area.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Batesville, Milan, Sunman, Ballstown, Penntown, Olean, Friendship
and Cross Plains.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
