Franklin County in southeastern Indiana...
* Until 430 AM EDT.
* At 124 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between
1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up
to 1 inch are possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.
SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Batesville, Brookville, Oldenburg, Lake Santee, Blooming Grove,
Metamora, Laurel, Cedar Grove, Mount Carmel, Peppertown, Saint
Peter, Mounds State Recreation Area, Hamburg, Buena Vista,
Sharptown, New Trenton and Andersonville.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
