At 827 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
South Whitley, or 9 miles northeast of North Manchester, moving
southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
South Whitley, Sidney, Tunker, Laud, Washington Center, Raber,
Collamer, Bippus, Goblesville, Bracken, Luther, and Peabody.
