- At 827 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in
the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing
or expected to begin shortly.

Bloomington, Ellettsville, Whitehall, Unionville and Lake Lemon.

Instruction:
