* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 816 PM EDT, Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area from heavy rain earlier. Between
1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen since 7 pm.

Columbus, Greensburg, Edinburgh, Hope, Milford, Westport,
Elizabethtown, Hartsville, Clifford, Millhousen, Newbern,
Grammer, Burney, Taylorsville, Letts, Waymansville, Peoga and

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
