Description:
Clear skies and light winds will allow patches of fog to develop
through 2 AM EDT across the area. Motorists may encounter rapidly
changes in visibility, possibly near zero for brief periods.
Upon encountering fog, increase following distance, slow down,
and use low beam headlights.
