* WHERE...In Indiana, Northern La Porte and Southern La Porte
Counties. In Michigan, Northern Berrien and Southern Berrien

* WHEN...From 2 PM EDT /1 PM CDT/ this afternoon to 11 PM EDT /10 PM
CDT/ this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
