* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following area,
Jefferson IN and Kentucky, including the following areas, Bourbon,
Clark KY, Fayette, Franklin, Harrison KY, Henry, Jessamine,
Madison, Nicholas, Scott KY, Trimble and Woodford.
* WHEN...From noon EDT today through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Repeated rounds of heavy rainfall may result in flash flooding
