Southwestern Jefferson County in central Kentucky... Central Meade County in central Kentucky... * Until 1115 AM EDT /1015 AM CDT/. * At 711 AM EDT /611 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
