Description: 
At 743 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Loami to Moweaqua. Movement was southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Springfield, Taylorville, Chatham, Auburn, Rochester, Pawnee, Moweaqua, Kincaid, Divernon, Assumption, Blue Mound, Edinburg, Stonington, Owaneco, Jeisyville, Jerome, Southern View, Leland Grove, Thayer, and Tovey. This includes the following highways... Interstate 55 between mile markers 77 and 97. Interstate 72 between mile markers 87 and 103. This also includes Sangchris Lake State Park.
