* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
expected.
* WHERE...In Illinois, Monroe IL and Randolph IL Counties. In
Missouri, Franklin MO, Gasconade MO, Jefferson MO, Madison MO,
Saint Francois MO, and Sainte Genevieve MO Counties.
* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 8 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
Secure outdoor objects.
