Description: 
* WHAT...Daily peak heat index values from around 105 degrees, up to near 110 degrees expected. * WHERE...All of southeast Missouri, and neighboring portions of southwest Illinois and far western Kentucky. * WHEN...From 11 AM Sunday to 7 PM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The Advisory is in effect along and west of a line from Mount Vernon, Illinois, to Murray, Kentucky.
Instruction: 
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
