Description:
* WHAT...Heat index values of 100 to 105 expected.
* WHERE...In Illinois, Lee, Eastern Will, Kendall, Northern Will, and
Southern Will Counties. In Indiana, Lake IN and Porter Counties.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat
illnesses especially after several days of dangerous heat.
Instruction:
Consider altering outdoor plans. If outdoors for prolonged periods of
time, wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Take action when
you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
