At 1129 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Liberty Lake, or 7 miles southwest of Post Falls, moving northeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Spokane Valley, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, Dalton Gardens, Liberty Lake, Hauser, Hayden Lake, Green Acres, Otis Orchards-East Farms, Otis Orchards, Trentwood, Huetter, State Line, Newman Lake, Chilco, Valleyford, Veradale, and Mica. This includes the following highways... Interstate 90 in Washington between mile markers 292 and 299. Interstate 90 in Idaho between mile markers 0 and 12. U.S. Highway 95 in Idaho between mile markers 421 and 445.
