* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 102.
* TIMING...From 11 AM to 8 PM PDT Saturday.
* WINDS...West winds 10 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 10 to 20 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
