Description:
At 435 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Hansen, or 8 miles east of Twin Falls, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Areas of blowing dust reducing
visibility.
Locations impacted include...
Twin Falls, Jerome, Kimberly, Filer, Hansen, Hazelton, Eden,
Murtaugh, Rock Creek, Magic Valley Regional Airport, Minidoka
National Monument, and Milner Dam.
Instruction:
