Description:
* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 expected.
* WHERE...Lower Snake River Plain and Upper Snake River Plain.
* WHEN...From 3 AM to 9 AM MDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and low temperatures could harm sensitive outdoor
vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left
uncovered.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cloud cover and precipitation will make the
temperature forecast a bit tricky overnight so confidence is less
than desired and some spots in these zones could briefly drop below
freezing if we see adequate clearing.

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
