...HIGH SURF ADVISORY FOR EAST FACING SHORES THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON... .East swell from Tropical Depression Fausto has fallen below warning levels and will continue to rapidly decline today. By this afternoon, surf is expected to diminish below advisory thresholds as the depression continues to weaken. * WHAT...Surf 8 to 12 ft in the morning, quickly diminishing below 10 ft by this afternoon. * WHERE...East facing shores. * WHEN...Until 6 PM HST this evening. * IMPACTS...Moderate. Strong breaking waves and strong currents will make swimming dangerous.
