* WHERE...The island of Oahu in Honolulu County...

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in
streams.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 135 AM HST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain over Oahu.
Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Rain was falling at a rate of 0.5 to 1.5 inches
per hour.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
The island of Oahu.
Instruction:
Stay away from streams, drainage ditches and low lying areas prone to
flooding.
A Flood Watch remains in effect.
