Description:
* WHAT...Southeast winds 25 to 35 mph.
* WHERE...Guam and Rota.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM ChST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Damaging winds are no longer expected as Super
Typhoon Champi (29W) continues to move away from the region.
However, strong to near-gale southeasterlies will continue through
tonight.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution when driving on roads with no
center barriers, as well as when passing high profile vehicles.
