Description:
* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Guam...
Rota...
* WHEN...Until 915 AM ChST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 648 AM ChST, satellite estimates indicate heavy rain in the
advisory area. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
Between 1.5 and 3.2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.8 to 1.6 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Barrigada,
Yona, Hagatna Heights, Andersen AFB, Talofofo,
Mongmong-Toto-Maite, Sinajana, Inarajan, Asan, Merizo, Piti,
Santa Rita, Umatac, Sinapalo and Songsong.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
