* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southern Guam...
* WHEN...Until 1130 PM ChST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 909 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain from a line of
moderate showers. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Yona, Hagatna Heights, Talofofo,
Sinajana, Inarajan, Asan, Merizo, Piti, Santa Rita and Umatac.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
