Description:
Island-induced showers have begun developing and trailing the
western shores of Guam, with some cells now training in the Umatak
area just over route 2. These showers may develop over other areas
along western portions of Guam later this afternoon.
* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Humatak area, Guam...
* WHEN...Until 215 PM ChST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1212 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy showers. This is
causing urban and small stream flooding.
- Nimitz Beach Park area is the most likely place to experience
minor flooding.

Mainly Humatak.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
