Description:
* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Guam...
* WHEN...Until 1030 AM ChST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Overflowing poor drainage areas. Rises in rivers and small streams.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 829 AM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will
cause urban and small stream flooding.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Barrigada,
Yona, Hagatna Heights, Andersen AFB, Talofofo,
Mongmong-Toto-Maite, Sinajana, Asan, Piti, Santa Rita and Umatac.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
