* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Guam...
* WHEN...Until 200 PM ChST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1201 PM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This is causing urban and small stream flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Barrigada,
Yona, Hagatna Heights, Talofofo, Mongmong-Toto- Maite, Sinajana,
Inarajan, Asan, Piti, Santa Rita and Umatac.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
