.WATCHES/WARNINGS...
The Flood Watch is canceled for all of Guam and the Northern
Marianas.
The Coastal Flood Warning is canceled for Guam, Rota, Tinian, and
Saipan.
A Coastal Flood Advisory is now in effect for Guam, Rota, Tinian
and Saipan.
A Typhoon Warning continues for Guam, Rota, Tinian, Saipan, and
surrounding coastal waters.
A Tropical Storm Warning remains in effect for Alamagan.
A Tropical Storm Watch continues for Pagan and Agrihan.
A High Surf Warning remains in effect for Guam, Rota, Tinian and
Saipan.

.STORM INFORMATION...
At 1 AM ChST, the center of Super Typhoon Bavi (09W) was located
near latitude 15.6N, longitude 142.0E. This was about 235 miles
northwest of Guam. Storm motion was west-northwest, 290 degrees,
at 16 mph. Storm intensity was 160 mph.
.SITUATION OVERVIEW...
Tropical Storm conditions continue to gradually diminish throughout
the Marianas. Rainfall is also diminishing across the islands.
This will allow flooded streets to drain overnight and cleanup and
recovery to begin later this morning.
Instruction:
As tropical storm conditions diminish, do not go outside to check
for damage or to implement temporary repairs as the wind
situation will remain somewhat dangerous until high winds fully
subside. Do not open the doors of your home or shelter. Wait for
the all-clear signal. Passing rain showers will bring very strong
gusts without warning.
