Toccoa, or 5 miles north of Avalon, moving southeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.
Locations impacted include...
Toccoa, Walhalla, Clarkesville, Carnesville, Cornelia, Baldwin,
Westminster, Reed Creek, Lavonia, and Gumlog.
