At 624 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 6
miles south of Toccoa, or 5 miles west of Avalon, moving northeast at
60 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Toccoa, Elberton, Hartwell, Clarkesville, Carnesville, Cornelia,
Baldwin, Royston, Westminster, and Reed Creek.
