Description:
At 350 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Thomson, moving west at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Thomson, Dearing, Boneville, Sweetwater Park, McDuffie County Fire
Department, Thomson Fire Department, and McDuffie Regional Medical
Center.
This includes Interstate 20 in Georgia between mile markers 167 and
168.
