At 531 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles northwest of Clayton, or 6 miles west of Black Rock Mountain
State Park, moving southwest at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Lake Burton, Black Rock Mountain State Park, and Mountain City.
