Cleveland. This storm was nearly stationary.
HAZARD...Heavy rain.

IMPACT...Heavy rain may cause temporary street flooding especially
in poor drainage areas.
Locations impacted include...
Cleveland, Clermont, Helen, Camp Coleman Lake, Whitley Gap Shelter,
Robertstown, Leaf, Mossy Creek, Smithgall Woods Conservation Are,
Turners Corner, and Qualatchee Lake.
Instruction:
Motorists should slow down and be prepared for possible loss of
control due to hydroplaning.
