At 311 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Tifton, moving northwest at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Sylvester, Tifton, Omega, Poulan, Ty Ty, Unionville, Phillipsburg,
Terrell, Sumner, Bridgeboro, Minton, Eldorado, Scooterville, Anderson
City, Tempy, Parkerville, Harding, Lester, Pritchetts, and Crestwood.
