At 741 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Baconton, or 8 miles northeast of Newton, moving south at 5 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Newton, Camilla, Baconton, Greenough, Flint, and Red Store
Crossroads.
