Description:
At 440 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Cox, moving east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Darien, Carnigan, Meridian, Ridgeville, Valona, Crescent, Eulonia,
Sapelo Island, Wolf Island and Little Saint Simons Island.
This includes I-95 in Georgia near mile marker 50...and between mile
markers 47 and 49...and between mile markers 51 and 60.
