Description: 
At 146 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Moultrie, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Moultrie, Adel, Hahira, Sparks, Morven, Berlin, Cecil, Ellenton, Reed Bingham State Park, Cook Co A/P, Barney, Cool Spring, Pineboro, Massee, Autreyville, Barneyville, Greggs, Pine Valley, Flat Ford, and Spence Airport.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service office in Tallahassee.
