Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Chatham County in southeastern Georgia... * WHEN...Until 815 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 651 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Public reports some roadway flooding on Highway 80 near Garden City. The heaviest rainfall is expected over the Interstate 16 corridor between Pooler and Savannah. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Pooler, Hunter Army Airfield, I-16/I-95 Interchange, Downtown Savannah, Windsor Forest, Savannah International Airport, Midtown Savannah, Hutchinson Island, Garden City and Port Wentworth.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
