* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Bulloch County in southeastern Georgia... Candler County in southeastern Georgia... Evans County in southeastern Georgia... Tattnall County in southeastern Georgia... * WHEN...Until 845 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 646 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow moving thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area, from Hopeulikit south to Daniels. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding, especially low-lying dirt roads. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Statesboro, Claxton, Hagan, Pulaski, Register, Daisy, Bellville, Manassas, Hopeulikit and Adabelle.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
